# DeepSeek Harness hits 1.54 million daily users, plans plugin marketplace

> DeepSeek Harness logged 1.54 million daily active users and processes about 92 trillion tokens a day, with roughly 35,000 third-party plugins, and an official marketplace is in development.

## Key Takeaways (TL;DR)

- Daily active users reached 1.54 million on Nov 4, up from about 271,000 on Sep 30.
- The runtime consumes roughly 92 trillion tokens per day.
- Around 35,000 third-party plugins are available; a marketplace is forthcoming.

DeepSeek announced that its open-source agent runtime, DeepSeek Harness, reached 1.54 million daily active users on November 4, according to an update cited by [Pandaily](https://pandaily.com/deepseek-harness-1-54-million-daily-active-users-official-plugin-marketplace). The count includes only users who access the product through DeepSeek’s official API and corresponds to a daily consumption of about 92 trillion tokens.

The service, launched less than three months ago, grew from roughly 271,000 daily users on September 30, indicating more than a fivefold increase in a little over a month. Plugin usage drives most of the activity: the ecosystem now includes about 35,000 third-party plugins, and roughly 60 % of active users have built or installed at least one.

The team also invited startups and enterprises to contribute plugins and explore partnership opportunities, while noting that an official plugin marketplace and an author support program are in development; no launch date was provided.

Our read: The rapid scaling of Harness shows strong demand for modular AI agents, and the forthcoming marketplace could streamline integration for businesses seeking specialized capabilities.
