First Abu Dhabi Bank launches AI Innovation Hub to scale enterprise AI

The hub was developed in partnership with Bain & Company and Microsoft, which provides cloud infrastructure, data platforms and generative-AI solutions Source.

To date, FAB has deployed more than 20 agentic AI use cases and is developing another 20, organized around six innovation themes that span wealth, consumer and wholesale banking as well as enterprise functions. The first wave equips relationship managers with AI-driven investment advisory, asset-liability recommendations and account-planning tools; a second wave will focus on end-to-end sales and service KPIs, aiming for double-digit improvements in capacity, customer acquisition, loan-loss reduction and campaign efficiency.

Security, regulatory compliance and responsible AI are embedded in the hub’s governance framework, with a robust data platform built by FAB’s IT team enabling rapid rollout of new use cases.
