We Vibe builds AI-driven calendar to link prospect data with scheduling
Reported by Chloe Duval, MarTech & GTM Beat
- An internal AI agent built a bespoke calendar in about 20 minutes, integrating Salesforce and proprietary data.
- The tool delivers a real-time prospectus and routes meetings to the appropriate sponsor owner, capabilities Calendly lacks.
- The case illustrates how small teams can leverage AI to create tailored GTM solutions without extensive vendor integration.
We Vibe replaced Calendly with a custom AI-built booking tool that ties prospect information, routing and follow-up into a single flow.

The new booker sits at the end of the sponsor sales funnel and connects directly to Salesforce, 10K’s internal data stores and heat-mapping tools.
When a prospect clicks the link, the system simultaneously presents a tokenized prospectus that updates with the company name, competitors seen at SaaStr AI Annual, and recommended packages, and it routes the meeting to the team member who owns the relevant sponsor accounts. If the prospect abandons the page, 10K notifies Amelia and drafts a follow-up email.
Calendly could not access the sponsor-ownership data, prospectus content or heat-map insights stored in 10K and Salesforce, so integrating it would have required substantial custom logic. Building the booker avoided a separate integration layer and gave the team visibility into every prospect action.
In this case, the proprietary data requirement and a 20-minute build time made the custom solution the clear choice.
