NTT East has rolled out Omakase Net Marketing Support, a service designed to help small- and medium-sized enterprises keep their online details accurate and visible, according to TahawulTech. The operator says AI now heavily influences search results, making it harder for smaller firms to stay discoverable without consistent information.
The platform centralises the management and distribution of business data across web and social media sites, using AI to detect inaccuracies and compile reviews and ratings. NTT East noted that fragmented information hampers companies’ ability to assess how they are “perceived and evaluated,” which can impede online discovery.
The service launched on 2 November with a monthly fee of JPY2,750 (approximately $17.42) per business, and contracts are limited to one per address. NTT East claims the tool can show how a company appears to consumer AI systems and allow comparison with competitors.
Our read: By packaging AI-driven data hygiene into a subscription, NTT East offers SMEs a low-cost, repeatable method to improve search visibility, addressing a gap where many lack internal resources to maintain consistent online profiles.
