Salesforce reports 21-fold global growth of Agentforce Coworker usage

Salesforce announced that monthly usage of its Agentforce Coworker AI teammate has grown 21 × in three months, averaging 2.8 × growth each month, and that the service now supports more than 185,000 users globallysource(https://www.tahawultech.com/industry/technology/salesforce-agentforce-coworker-usage-grows-21x-as-uae-enterprises-hand-real-work-to-ai/). Global enterprises including The Adecco Group, Accenture, Fulton Bank and BACA Systems are already running Coworker across their teams.

The rollout arrives as the UAE economy prepares for AI-driven growth.

New capabilities announced today

• Coworker in Microsoft Teams. Delegation and coordination within Teams, with Microsoft 365 connectivity arriving later in November 2026.
• Work from any device. iOS mobile and Mac/Windows desktop apps, also slated for November 2026.
• Context that follows the work. Google Workspace connectivity, History for continuous conversations, and a Coworker MCP server extending data sources later this month.
• Workflows that become team standards. Skills turn proven workflows into shareable one-line requests; scheduled tasks and a Daily Digest are expected in December 2026.

Predictable pricing for enterprise adoption Salesforce introduced a US$50 per user per month pricing option for Agentforce Coworker, giving finance and technology leaders a clearer budgeting path as adoption expands from one team to the whole organisation.

Availability Google Workspace connectivity, History, Skills and the per-user pricing are available now. Coworker in Microsoft Teams, the iOS app, Mac and Windows desktop apps, Microsoft 365 connectivity and the Coworker MCP server follow in November 2026. Daily Digest and scheduled tasks are expected in December 2026.
